Why is it important?
The effectiveness of metabolites in agriculture dates back to the discovery of gibberellic acid (GA3). However, there are compounds that do not require such high dosages to perform their function, or that have an indirect effect because they need another compound in order to work. Known as co-factors or elicitors, this completely “green” technology has a positive impact on the use of more traditional compounds or nutritional elements that were previously absorbed at very low rates once applied.
When is it used?
It is used when we want to enhance the effect of a multimineral, foliar fertilizer, biostimulant, or biorregulator in order to homogenize and, in some cases, maximize the traditional visual effect achieved by these products.
The segment that responds best to this formulation technology is the one that does not have sophisticated production systems and still has a large gap between its current yield and its potential production.
What results can be expected?
